The Senior Manager Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) is responsible for leading both the AP and AR teams. The Sr Manager AP/AR is responsible for managing the entire payable and receivable cycles for our 400 Association clients. This includes vendor payments (check, autopay or ACH transfer) and collections of all maintenance fees from unit owners through lockboxes and web integrations. He/she is also responsible for ensuring that our associations are fully tax compliant with all matters relating to AP/AR (issuing of 1099’s, sales tax, etc.), and ensuring that the teams operate within prescribed metrics. The incumbent must be tech comfortable and have the ability to adjust processes to improve quality and efficiency within the teams
