Managing Director - HOA Commercial Banker (Remote, CA)
As a Managing Director you'll be in a top-level leadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic plan and guiding your group in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth and customer retention targets. You'll lead a group of Business Development Officers and staff to expand our market share, grow the portfolio, and deepen the relationship with our customers. You'll be responsible for leading the growth and development of the group's general portfolio the HOA Banking West Region. While Managing Directors work their own network and top-tier customers in the portfolio, much of your time will be devoted to supporting your group in deposit sales, credit structuring discussions, portfolio health management, and market dynamics responsiveness.

As a Community Association Manager (CAM) you are the key ambassador of RealManage. You will manage the daily operations of a community association delivering professional services in accordance with the service level agreement. The goal is to train the Associate CAM within 12 18 months to be able to fill a CAM position with direct responsibilities for a client portfolio.
Assistant General Manager - HOA Management (Mount Pleasant, SC)
Provide professional guidance to the Association utilizing association management best practices. Read and interpret Association governing documents and contracts. Assist with annual financial budget if needed. Work within the budget constraints of the Association and ensure the integrity of financial reports.
