Client Success Manager (Las Vegas, NV)

Corporate Controller (WFH Flexible / Wilmington, NC)
Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller is an active, hands-on leader who will manage the accounting department and be a business partner across the company through a period of growth, including new product launches, including payments processing, and potential acquisitions. The Controller will actively lead the day-to-day aspects of the accounting department including financial reporting, internal control systems, managing accounting processes, and other operational aspects of the business. The ideal candidate for the position must have an audit or public accounting foundation, an active CPA license, and at least 5 years in an accounting leadership role, preferably with an established private equity backed software business. In addition, the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of total experience in accounting, including external financial reporting, designing and implementing internal controls, accounting for acquisitions, system implementations and integrations, process reengineering, and depth in working with accounting systems, particularly NetSuite.
High Rise Property Manager (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)
As the key employee liaisons between the client, KW Property Management, and internal support staff, the Property Manager must perform the job duties with a view toward projecting a professional and competent image: Service to the customer in a friendly and outgoing manner is essential, while timeliness and professional appearance are key. The position is fundamental to all functions of the community and includes working closely with the Association Board of Directors and/or the Developer to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems within the community. Community Association Manager (Jacksonville, FL)
Position is Community Association Manager, licensed under the provisions of Florida Statute 468. Under general supervision and in association with the Board of Directors, plans, directs, recommends, and implements policies and procedures to ensure the services required to maintain the common elements of the Association are provided in a first-class manner and in accordance with community rules and regulations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, human resources, maintenance and security functions of the community. Associate Community Manager (Seattle, WA)
The Associate Community Manager is non-exempt, salaried position. The Associate Community Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations for a portfolio of community associations. The Associate Community Manager is the go-to source for every issue related to the community associations in their portfolio, and must be aware of and able to speak authoritatively on every project and task in the community, from accounting to capital improvements to homeowner relations. The position affords flexibility and the opportunity to work from home on most days. The community manager sets their own schedule, manages their deadlines and is held responsible for client relationships and client retention for the accounts they serve.
Software Development Engineer I (Oxnard, CA)
Modify, implement, and maintain existing applications to established standards, specifications and approved changes. Use corporate approved CRM systems to track cases, defects and resolutions. Explain defect resolutions and utilize corporate approved integrated development environment (e.g., Visual Studios, Eclipse) to implement defect resolutions. Perform unit testing on your defect resolutions to ensure accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results. Analyze and document reasons for test failures, and revises/debugs assigned programs and/or procedures as necessary. Learn and increase knowledge of a single domain and best practices and expands technical and industry expertise. Use corporate approved sourced control applications to maintain code changes. Regional Maintenance Supervisor (Hilliard, OH)
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will assist with and oversee the maintenance and Capital Improvement needs at all assigned assets/properties. Create contract scopes. Assist with hiring all maintenance positions. Oversee all day-to-day maintenance spends -leverage national accounts and portfolio for discounts. Train and complete work orders when needed. This position requires a strong background in accounting as well as strong computer skills. The Property Accountant is responsible for month-end closing and financial statement preparation for multiple associations. This position is extremely fast-paced. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, be able to work well under pressure, meet hard deadlines, and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Month-end closing and financial preparation for multiple entities with varying attributes. Process and review monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations; including accruals, prepaids, amortization, adjustments, and reclassifications. Prepares financial statements in accordance with GAAP regulations for not for profit organizations. Maintains strong documentation standards and audit trails to support all transactions.
