Director of Accounting (Jacksonville, Florida)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Accounting. In this role you will oversee all financial aspects of our HOA clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a HOA setting. Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with HOA accounting practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with community management software is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Assistant Community Manager (Albuquerque, New Mexico)
No experience necessary but must have strong administrative and organizational skills. Must be able to attend night meetings for clients and have reliable transportation. Willingness to learn, try new things, and think creatively. Customer service focused and ability to problem solve. Excellent communication and team oriented.
Part Time Property Manager (Delray Beach, Florida)
The person filling this position owns responsibility for the full management of a community or portfolio of communities. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board or developer in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager handles managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws. Licensed CAM in the state of Florida. 3+ years experience in property management. Strong managerial background. Highly responsive and able to provide excellent customer service. Community Association Banking Portfolio Manager (Phoenix, Arizona)
This position manages the Community Association Banking (“CAB”) loan portfolio in compliance with Bank Policy as well as all related Federal, State and Industry laws and regulations pertaining to Banking. Responsible for ensuring approved loans are structured according to credit approvals, that borrowers maintain compliance with loan covenants, compose load modifications as needed as well as work with credit to monitor on-going credit quality. Responsible for the the sound structuring of new and existing CAB loans, loan modifications, and other agreements.

The position affords flexibility and the opportunity to work from home on most days. The community manager sets their own schedule, manages their deadlines and is held responsible for client relationships and client retention for the accounts they serve.
Community Association Manager (Carson City, NV)
We are recruiting a certified community association manager to join our staff, at our Incline Village and Carson City offices. This position is a full-time position as a portfolio manager. Our community managers are supported by an assistant, a regional manager, and accounting staff. We are also a licensed general contractor with building repair, maintenance and grounds maintenance crews that provide services to many of the communities we serve. We pride ourselves in providing all our services through employees who live in Northern Nevada.
