Community Association Manager (Los Angeles, CA)
Under the direction of a Community Manager, the Associate Manager is expected to expand industry knowledge and competence during the first 6 months to achieve a full portfolio. The Associate Manager is responsible for managing their assigned portfolio of associations including interfacing and resolving Board Member and Homeowner issues, non-compliance issues, lead monthly Board meetings, perform the monthly financial analysis and prepare the annual budget for each community, property inspections, vendor management, and oversee all community projects.
Manage a portfolio of condominium/home owner association properties, ensuring their smooth operations and efficient administration. Act as the primary point of contact for co-owners, homeowners, and Association Boards, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner. Oversee all aspects of property management, including maintenance, repairs, renovations, and vendor coordination, to maintain the value and functionality of the properties. Collaborate with internal staff, such as maintenance technicians and administrative personnel, to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance with regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, including collecting assessments and coordinating financial reporting for each condominium association.
Community HOA Portfolio Manager (Glen Allen, VA)
Develop, implement, and track budgets for each assigned community to meet or exceed budgetary goals. Manage all outside vendor goods, services, and agreements to include monitoring performance, approving payment, and disengaging services as necessary. Create RFPs to solicit vendor goods, services, and agreements for HOA evaluation. Responsible for risk management and recommending solutions to the HOA board to minimize risks. Track, respond to, and resolve homeowner inquires, concerns, and questions to ensure effective communication and positive outcomes. Complete property and common area inspections and follow compliance process to resolution.
Collaborate with the Acquisition Team and Region HOA Manager during due diligence to obtain project guidelines, amenities, challenges or other issues that would impact HOA documents. Obtain due diligence documents such as site plans and layouts to help structure HOA documents and incorporate project modifications. Visit the project site to visualize the role of well drafted HOA documents and how they will contribute to the long-term success of the project. Determine the best structure for the HOA determined by the product, individual project characteristics, community amenities and service-oriented functions. Assist outside counsel to draft and ensure HOA documents address potential problems such as complying with statutory law, defining boundaries, subjecting additional property, assigning percentages, transferring control from developer to unit owners, reserving easements, providing for use, access, and maintenance, and association powers and procedures. Work with Region Counsel and Region HOA Manager to ensure the structure of HOA documents are based on reasonableness, an essential step in in a project’s success, and provide the best protection for all parties involved.
Strategic Customer Success Manager (Fully Remote)
Working in conjunction with the VP of Customer Success, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring the post-sale and post-implementation success of your customer’s investment in RealPage solutions and services. You will focus on solution adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, and your customer’s willingness to act as a RealPage Advocate by proactively monitoring usage, adoption, and performance metrics to identify potential areas of risk and opportunities. You must have a comprehensive understanding of your customer's business objectives and identify joint initiatives that will help customers achieve their goals with operational efficiencies, profit improvement and return on their platform investment.
