We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Director of Accounting. In this role you will oversee all financial aspects of our HOA clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a HOA setting. Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with HOA accounting practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with community management software is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Maintenance Technician (Jacksonville, Florida)
Property Management Company seeks to find Maintenance Technician for gated communities. Successful applicant should be self-motivated and a self-starter who is looking to grow within a successful company. Applicant must possess basic technical skills with clean driving record and reliable transportation (Pickup truck required).
